I brought my car in to Inwood Arch Auto to have it inspected upon arriving in NY and registering it and it all went well. But I also needed my new NY license plates put on and Luis offered to put them on for me, and being Arizona does not need front plates, I did not have a bracket on the car, but Luis was able to secure it to the front making it look as if it was professionally mounted saving me $180.00 in purchase costs from Audi for this front end bracket! Between Luis and Johnny, the service was top-notch and I highly recommend this garage to anyone needing service!

I can hardly think of anything worse than having your wife breakdown on the Cross Bronx Expressway near Jerome Avenue in heavy traffic. That's what happened this past Tuesday to my wife. Her car overheated. She pulled over and called AAA. The tow truck arrived and suggested we get towed to Inwood Arch Automotive on Broadway in upper Manhattan. And what a good suggestion that was.

My wife met with Adam, the shop's manager. He was courteous and pleasant. Said he would check things out and let her know. What he found was that the car had a very slight leak at the bottom of the radiator and one of the two fans was not working. He suggested we replace the radiator, both fans, the thermostat and several hoses. I had arrived by now and my wife and I mulled it over. Adam quoted us $800 and promised to get the job done by closing time. The car is 9 years old and replacing the radiator and related parts was a no brainer.

I sent my wife along her merry way and I waited around for the parts to arrive and get installed. Job was finished at 5:55pm.

Overall we were pleased. Out air-conditioning even performed better.
Adam's crew correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem and he didn't rip us off. Oh, I'm sure he marked the parts up a bit, but not unreasonably so.

I would use Inwood Arch Automotive again and recommend the shop to others.

    Thanks again, Adam.

Easy to make an appointment online, drop off the car, and pick it up later. I did so while visiting a relative in the hospital nearby. The owner and his team were sympathetic, friendly, and did high quality work. I strongly recommend this garage.

I went to visit someone at the hospital nearby. I decided to drop off my car in the meantime, to be picked up later in the evening. The owner and his team understood my needs, were very friendly and helpful, and of course, did excellent work. I highly recommend this facility.

My car was overheating on 230th st,two garages said I needed a new radiator at a cost of $500.00, I kept on going and hit Inwood Arch on Broadway at 216th st. I was greeted by the owner Adam very politely and Johnny the main mechanic. After @ 15 minutes Johnny informed me there was nothing wrong with my radiator, ideas my thermostat which cost me $25.00 !!!!, I am now a fan and will bring my car to Adam and Johnny for all and any repairs
